WHAT IT IS: Liquid Shine Tack-Free Top Coat contains technology that locks in pigment and prevents fading or yellowing, allowing your brightest whites and your softest sheers to stay true to color for the entire duration of wear.

How to Use

• After applying and curing Londontown® Gel Base and Color apply one layer of No Tack Color Lock Top Coat.
