How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary by product, supplier, fulfillment location, and destination. Some products ship from U.S. locations, while others may ship from overseas and require additional delivery time.

Will all of the items in my order arrive together?

Not necessarily. We work with multiple brands and fulfillment partners, so products within the same order may ship separately.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

How can I track my order?

Once tracking becomes available, we'll send it to the email address associated with your order. You can use the tracking information provided to follow your shipment.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

What if my package says delivered but I can't find it?

First, check around your property and with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package. Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered shortly before the package actually arrives.

Do you ship internationally?

To help preserve your jewelry, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, household chemicals, and other substances that may affect the finish.
