Do you only sell your jewelry and apparel online?
We sell our Cheeky Wink collections online.

What materials do you use?

All of our jewelry is crafted with the following high-quality materials: Sterling Silver14K Gold-Plated Brass, 14K Rose Gold-Plated Brass, Platinum-Plated Brass, Cubic Zirconia. Our jewelry is nickel and lead-free. 

How do I care for my jewelry?


To keep your jewelry clean wipe with a soft cloth. Never use jewelry cleaner on Cheeky Wink jewelry. Store each of your pieces separately in their cloth Cheeky Wink pouches or by hanging. Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it while swimming, showering, exercising, washing hands, and before applying perfume, lotion or hair products. Never expose your jewelry to water or harsh detergents. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product; however, if your jewelry should be exposed to any of the above products, tarnishing may occur. Tarnishing may also be caused by the skin’s natural pH levels.

Will you restock out-of-stock items?
If an item sells out, it’s likely that the item will return its original style or in an updated version of a previous style. Many of our popular items have made comebacks, and if you have specific questions about an item, please feel free to contact the Customer Service team directly. 

What if I pre-order an item?
We will notify you of your purchase and when to expect your delivery. Please refer to our pre-order policies for more information. 

Can I get a status update on my order? 
Thank you for your Cheeky Wink order. It typically takes 2-3 business days to process an order and ship it out to you, however we do carry products that take 15-21 days to process as they are handmade. Please contact the Customer Service team for more detailed tracking information. 

Will I receive the tracking information once my exchanged item is on its way?
You should receive an e-mail notifying you when your order has been shipped. However, if you do not, please contact the Customer Service team, and we will provide the tracking number for you.

From time to time, Cheeky Wink offers pre-orders on items scheduled for arrival to our warehouse. Pre-orders at The Cheeky Wink are a convenient way to purchase items ahead of our team posting them online, ensuring you receive them as quickly as possible. As pre-order items are soon arriving to our warehouse, payment for orders that include any pre-order items will be charged at the time of checkout.

When possible, our best estimate is given for the expected arrival of all pre-order products. Orders that include pre-order items will only be dispatched once all items, including the pre-order items, are received In-Stock. If you would like to receive specific items from your order immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items to ensure that your items arrive when expected.

Supplier Brand Policies

📦 Shipping & Fulfillment

Most products from The Cheeky Wink are fulfilled by our trusted Carro brand partners. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days and delivered within 5–15 business days after processing. Shipping times may vary depending on the brand and product.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Depending on the brand partner, you may receive a refund, exchange, or store credit.

📋 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at thecheekywink@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions specific to the brand partner.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit according to the partner’s policy.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Final-sale or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

The Cheeky Wink Policy

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds: Not available.

  • Returns: Not accepted, as all items are custom printed and handmade. Custom-printed items are final sale.

  • Exchanges: Offered only if the item is defective. Customers may exchange for a different size, style, or receive store credit.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Cancellations: $20 cancellation fee applies during processing to reduce production waste.


Ann Loren Policy

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days.

  • Refunds: No refunds are issued.

  • Exchanges: Accepted within 14 days for different sizes or styles. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and returned in the original packaging (polybag with SKU sticker).

  • Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Request Process: Email info@annloren.com with your order details to begin an exchange.


Spiffy & Splendid Policy

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days.

  • Refunds / Exchanges:

    • Any defective product will be replaced within 14 days of receipt (all postage covered).

    • Non-defective items may be returned, but the recipient is responsible for return postage.

  • Return Process: Mail the item to:

    Once received, we will approve the return and issue a refund.


ELF Policy

  • Processing Time: 15–21 business days (custom-made to order).

  • Refunds: Not available.

  • Exchanges / Returns: Exchanges are offered for a different size or style, or store credit only.

  • Cancellations: $20 cancellation fee applies during processing to reduce production waste.


Splitsshops Policy

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days (depending on the item).

  • Returns / Exchanges: Accepted if:

    • The wrong product was shipped

    • The product arrives damaged

    • There is a defect in the product

  • Return Process: Email us with images showing the issue.

  • Shipping: Domestic U.S. shipping only via USPS. Customer addresses must be USPS-approved.


Tastefulskin Policy

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days (does not include shipping time, which is paid by the customer).

  • Returns: Not accepted.

  • Refunds: Issued when applicable.


BRND Perfume & Cologne Policy

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days.

  • Refunds / Returns: Not available, as fragrances are final sale.

 

Poppy Lee Lane Policy

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds / Returns: Not available.


The Cheeky Wink Brand Policy

Exchanges and Returns:

We will do what we can to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to thecheekywink@gmail.com at any time if you are unhappy with your order. 

All sale items, items purchased with a coupon and / or a discount code cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are final sale.

One discount code can be used per customer per order. Orders placed online can only be returned or exchanged online.  

Returns: 

For returns, please use our online Returns Center. All returns must be sent to the address above within 7 days of the date you received the item in the same packaging (plastic bag & pink pouch) and condition. We ask that you add a note in your package stating your name, order number and that you'd like to return the item. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us. There will be a 10% restocking fee for the return. The refund will go to the card you placed the order under. 

For exchanges please use our online Returns Center. All exchanges must be sent to the address above within 7 days of the date you received it in the same packaging (plastic bag & pink pouch) and condition. We ask that you add a note in your package stating your name, order number and that you'd like to exchange your item and the new item information. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us. There will be a 10% restocking fee for the returned item. When requesting an exchange for a different item than what is being returned, a shipping charge will be applied to your exchange for of the new item. 

refunds / special circumstances 
Products with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition and packaging, any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required and must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items that are custom made and personalized are non refundable.


costs + international orders
We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded. The Cheeky Wink is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to The Cheeky Wink.
